My Health Tracker — by Ngenotechglobal
Welcome to My Health Tracker, a personal health management application developed and published by Ngenotechglobal. This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use it on your Android device.
By installing or using My Health Tracker, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use. We recommend reading this policy carefully, especially because the App handles sensitive personal health information.
The only network activity initiated by the App is the loading of advertisements through Google AdMob, which is described in detail in Section 6.
The App stores the following categories of personal health data that you voluntarily enter. None of this data is automatically collected; you choose what to record.
The App does not collect: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, location, contacts, camera output, microphone input, or any other device identifier beyond what Google AdMob processes as described in Section 6.
All data you enter is used solely to provide the features of the App to you locally:
We do not use your health data for profiling, analytics, advertising targeting, research, or any other purpose. We have no access to your data.
| Aspect | Detail |
|---|---|
| Storage location | Local SQLite database on your Android device, within the App's private internal storage directory. Other apps cannot access this database. |
| Cloud / server backup | None provided by the App. If you enable Android's system-level Auto Backup, Google may back up the App's data to your Google account per Google's own privacy policy. |
| Retention period | Data is retained on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data. |
| Security measures | Data is stored in Android's private app storage, which is protected by Android's app sandboxing. The App does not implement additional encryption at this time; users should use Android screen lock and device encryption for additional protection. |
| Data deletion | You can delete individual records within the App at any time. A full reset is achieved by clearing the App's data via Android Settings → Apps → My Health Tracker → Storage → Clear Data, or by uninstalling the App. |
My Health Tracker displays advertisements served by Google AdMob (a service of Google LLC). AdMob may collect and process certain device and usage data to serve personalised or non-personalised ads. This is the only third-party service integrated into the App.
Data that AdMob may collect includes, but is not limited to:
AdMob does not receive any of the health, nutrition, medication, or reminder data that you enter into the App. That data never leaves your device.
Opting out of personalised ads: You can reset your Android Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation at any time via Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
The App requests the following Android permissions:
| Permission | Why It Is Needed |
|---|---|
| INTERNET | Required by Google AdMob to load and display advertisements. |
| ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | Allows AdMob to check connectivity before requesting an ad, reducing unnecessary network calls. |
| VIBRATE | Used for haptic feedback when reminder alerts fire or when you mark a reminder as done. |
| RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED (if applicable) | Allows the App to re-register reminder checks after the device restarts, ensuring scheduled alerts continue to fire. |
| READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android ≤ 9) / MANAGE_MEDIA (Android 10+) | Required only when you choose to export a PDF report — allows the App to save the generated file to your Downloads folder. The App does not browse or read any other files on your storage. |
The App does not request permissions for Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Location, Call Logs, SMS, or Body Sensors.
My Health Tracker is intended for users aged 16 and above. The App is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has entered health data into the App, you can delete all data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it (see Section 5). If you have concerns, contact us at ngenotechglobal@gmail.com.
Ngenotechglobal does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal health data with any third party, because we do not receive or have access to that data in the first place — it never leaves your device.
The only scenario in which your App data could reach a third party is if you voluntarily export a PDF report and share it yourself (e.g., with your doctor), or if you have enabled Android's Auto Backup feature, which is governed by Google's terms.
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have full and direct control over it at all times:
If you have a question or concern not covered above, contact us at ngenotechglobal@gmail.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's features, legal requirements, or best practices. When we make a material change, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Continued use of the App after a change to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a revised policy, please stop using the App and uninstall it.
