Child Safety and CSAE Policy
Kalenjin Culture App is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all users, with particular emphasis on the protection of children.
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following are strictly prohibited within the app and any associated platforms:


Any form of sexual content involving minors


Grooming, exploitation, or any abusive conduct directed at children


Distribution, sharing, or promotion of inappropriate or harmful material involving minors


The application is built solely for educational and cultural enrichment. It does not include features such as user-generated content, direct messaging, file sharing, or social interactions that could be misused to facilitate harmful behavior.
We actively monitor compliance with this policy. Any detected violation will result in immediate action, including content removal, suspension of access, and reporting to relevant legal authorities where applicable.
Users and guardians are encouraged to report any concerns or suspected violations promptly.
